An unmistakable character: The front spoiler in Carbon, matte, has been redesigned. The radiator grille gleams in Black, matte, the Audi Singleframe® grille in Titanium Gray, matte. The exterior mirror is in Carbon, matte, the mirror base in the attractive double-bar design in aluminum. These match the impressive wheel rms in a hefty 19", five-double-spoke Y design in titanium look. The R8's striking red anodized brake calipers come via its optional ceramic brake package. Reinforced with carbon-fiber, these brakes possess tremendous stopping power and high fading stability with their impressive 14.96" front (14.01" rear) diameter.
For Audi engineers, no detail is too small ? which is why we removed 17.4 pounds from the R8 GT's overall weight simply by changing the carpet.
